The DMAS Thermal Break Crimping System represents a new generation of precision forming systems for aluminum profile assembly. Equipped with a 14-axis CNC servo control system, it ensures maximum precision, automation, and consistency during the crimping of thermal break profiles.

Using multi-axis synchronization and intelligent positioning, the system automatically adjusts roller displacement and pressure for each profile geometry, resulting in superior crimping quality, perfect alignment between aluminum and polyamide strips, and consistently uniform shear strength.
